Sex & Justice Conference
October 4th to 6th - the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor
Hosted by The Institute for Research on Women and Gender
Without a coherent analysis of sex and its relationship to social justice it becomes impossible to think critically about cases such as the criminalization of HIV, sex work, and the widespread use of sex offender registries as a whole —and countless others like them.
By bringing together academics, legal experts, and activists invested in these issues, SEX AND JUSTICE will focus critical attention on the many forms that sexual injustice now takes in our society and will contribute to an informed response.
All events will take place in the Rackham Building, 4th floor Ampitheatre and Conference Rooms.
